- leading teams that are delivering our projects and services to our customers
- helping to define technology roadmaps and solutions
- taking a leading role in defining the project methods for successful project deliveries
- managing the implementation of digital solutions
- proactively contribute to ensure the highest quality in our deliveries
- scoping and delivering technology innovation services
- experience and knowledge of Scrum or any other project management experience
- min. 5 years of experience in working as project manager
- experience in shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle
- know-how in delivering complex projects with various stakeholders
- experience in developing RFP responses, project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales related activities
- a consulting attitude and the ability to handle discussions in German and English
- the willingness to travel to provide best services to our customers
- passionate about all tasks around project management: team building, planning, cost & budget handling, collaboration, and discussion with the customer
- proactive and act with open mind by challenging the status quo and drive actions for change
- passionately driving execution to add customer value and take ownership of your results and delivered quality

- a salary above the defined IT collective agreement of minimum EUR 4.346,00 per month. The amount of overpayment depends on your skills as well as your experience
