What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee program and project operations to ensure compliance with federal health program requirements
- Utilize deliverable tracking systems and compliance matrices for project management
- Coordinate contract administration and manage subcontractor relationships
- Implement project management tools and dashboards to monitor progress
- Support readiness assessments and startup planning for federal programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in program or project operations, ideally in a federally funded health program environment
- Experience with deliverable tracking systems, compliance matrices, and federal reporting
- Familiarity with contract administration and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency with project management tools and dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting readiness assessments or startup planning for federal programs
- PMP or equivalent certification
