      Job Summary:
      The Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading complex project implementations to ensure project initiatives are met and that necessary business objectives are achieved. This role oversees telecommunications hardware and software deployments while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
      The position requires strong leadership across scope, budget, and timeline management, with a focus on maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction rate and delivering successful infrastructure modernization initiatives.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage complex project implementations including:
        • Hardware additions to existing Avaya, Cisco, Avaya IPO, Nortel, and ININ systems
        • Software upgrades for existing Avaya, Cisco, Avaya IPO, Nortel, and ININ systems
        • New installations of Avaya, Cisco, Avaya IPO, Nortel, and ININ systems
      • Manage project timeline, budget, scope, customer expectations, and processes
      • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction (95%)
      • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
      • Ensure successful execution of telecommunications infrastructure projects
      • Travel up to 25% as required
      Required Experience:
      • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related experience
      • Five to seven years of experience in project planning in the telecommunications industry
      • Implementation experience with hardware additions or software upgrades of Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, or ININ
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and negotiation skills
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
      • Ability to be accessible and available to complete work as required
      Nice-to-Have Experience:
      • PMP Certification preferred
      • Experience leading unified communications or voice infrastructure projects
