- Manage complex project implementations including:
- Hardware additions to existing Avaya, Cisco, Avaya IPO, Nortel, and ININ systems
- Software upgrades for existing Avaya, Cisco, Avaya IPO, Nortel, and ININ systems
- New installations of Avaya, Cisco, Avaya IPO, Nortel, and ININ systems

- Manage project timeline, budget, scope, customer expectations, and processes
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction (95%)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure successful execution of telecommunications infrastructure projects
- Travel up to 25% as required
- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related experience
- Five to seven years of experience in project planning in the telecommunications industry
- Implementation experience with hardware additions or software upgrades of Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, or ININ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
- Ability to be accessible and available to complete work as required
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience leading unified communications or voice infrastructure projects
