Job Description
- Req#: REF180025O
- Responsible for Bosch Thermotechnology air conditioner’s project’s on-site support and supplier project management.
- Act as the extended arm of the product owner to support feasibility investigations on new technologies, features and technical requirements in liaison with supplier
- Clarification of how new features work – this requires sometimes to interact with the supplier to “translate” the functionality and tweak it towards what Bosch needs
- Clarification of design constraints, identifying potential impact on functionality / reliability supporting the definition of industrial design and product owner
- Support product owner in technical discussions with the supplier.
- Joint product development with supplier
- Align project target and plan with supplier and make sure its implementation in supplier side.
- Manage the project process and the project’s escalation and problem solving in supplier side.
- Co-work with supplier’s project team to achieve project objectives based on OEM TTM process (Time to Market process)
- KPI optimization of project targets regarding cost, quality and time plan set for supplier.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in engineering
- Minimum 5-year relevant working experience
- Minimum 2-year air conditioner industrial experience
- OEM/ODM project management experience is a plus
- Professional competence in project management, solid experience in leadership of team management and facilitation
