What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects and campaign workstreams from planning through launch and analysis
- Lead internal and external scrums and client status meetings to ensure project alignment
- Create and maintain project timelines, documentation, and resource plans
- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
- Monitor project health, resource capacity, and budget adherence, escalating any concerns as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in fast-paced, agile environments (agency, consulting, or digital marketing)
- Proven expertise in email marketing and understanding of lifecycle strategy and personalization
- Hands-on experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and enterprise email service providers (ESPs)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- Effective time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services sector (banking, credit cards, investments)
- Familiarity with Movable Ink or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
