- Salary range: $113,574 to $125,720 + superannuation
- Duration: Ongoing/Permanent
- Location: Gosford / Parramatta (with hybrid working from home arrangements available within policy guidelines and operational needs

- Coordinate and monitor attendance across multiple training cohorts and programs.
- Manage training evaluations, including QR code setup and data collation.
- Collate and analyse Training & Assessment (T&A) feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Support Gateways and Inspector Progression processes.
- Respond to and manage Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) requests.
- Maintain and update the Outcome Tracker to ensure accurate reporting.
- Process and monitor extensions to training timelines.
- Maintain the training calendar and scheduling for all programs.
- Coordinate external marking and liaise with assessors to ensure timely completion.
- Provide support to trainers, assessors, and learners using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Prepare individual status reports for participants and stakeholders.
- Engage daily with stakeholders, including trainers, assessors, and participants, to resolve queries and maintain smooth operations.
- Experience in RTO or training environments, with a strong understanding of ASQA standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
- Proven ability to support students, trainers, and assessors, addressing a variety of needs and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Confidence using LMS platforms (Canvas preferred) and data tracking tools to manage training delivery effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy while managing competing priorities.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability, anticipating the flow-on effects of scheduling changes and coordinating alternative solutions to keep programs running smoothly.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards – highly desirable).
- A covering letter (maximum two pages) indicating the location for which you are applying and detailing the skills and experience you would bring to this role, including demonstrated examples

Our Enterprise Registered Training Organisation (RTO) plays a vital role in building the capability of our inspectorate through the delivery of nationally accredited qualifications and professional development programs.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery and coordination of key training and assessment activities within our Enterprise RTO.
About the Role
This role supports the operational delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programs aligned to Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training activities are well coordinated, compliant, and responsive to learner and business needs.
