      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Examine, interpret, and process data to provide insights and support decision-making within provider compensation
      - Write, modify, and execute various databases and reports for production, management, and regulatory purposes
      - Provide analytical operations support and analyze data to inform management decisions
      - Identify cost control and management issues, recommending actions to resolve them
      - Reconcile provider compensation to contractual terms and consult with management to determine information requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
      - Minimum of one year of prior experience in finance/accounting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an integrated health system medical group, particularly in Provider Compensation
      - Familiarity with Cerner and HPP electronic medical and billing systems
      - Experience in healthcare financial forecasting and analysis
      - Experience working with large databases, data extraction, and analysis
      - Knowledge of various data management techniques
