What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively recruit and onboard qualified medical clinics and providers domestically and internationally
- Manage the end-to-end provider lifecycle, including outreach, contracting, credential and licensure collection, and training coordination
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships to ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate records of provider outreach, contracts, and onboarding milestones
- Communicate professionally with providers, Veterans, and internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in provider recruiting, contracting, credentialing, or onboarding within a healthcare or medical services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems or workflow management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting provider contracting and onboarding across multiple states or international jurisdictions
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with medical clinics or physician groups
- Exposure to healthcare operations or provider network development
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
