      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, negotiate, and execute provider contracts and amendments for healthcare providers
      - Maintain accurate records of executed agreements and associated rate schedules
      - Support network expansion to meet CMS network adequacy standards
      - Track contract renewals, expirations, and performance guarantees
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address provider-related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
      - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or managed care operations
      - Strong understanding of CMS MA network adequacy and compliance requirements
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and contract management systems
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience specifically in Medicare Advantage contracting and network management
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Established relationship-building skills with healthcare providers
      - Familiarity with financial modeling and payment term reviews
