      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate sales opportunities and exceed monthly sales, renewal, and churn targets by contacting leads and managing customer inquiries
      - Build and maintain customer relationships to identify up-sell and renewal opportunities while effectively resolving account issues
      - Perform accurate and efficient data entry, system navigation, and independent analysis to support account management
      - Engage in continuous training to maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge and meet quality standards
      - Demonstrate professional conduct by adhering to ethical standards and supporting an inclusive team environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED
      - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience selling within the Public Safety vertical
      - Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
      - Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in the Public Safety industry
      - 2-4 years of demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales (B2B)
      - 2-4 years of experience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales
      - Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing customers
      - Deep understanding of the public safety sector, including the needs of law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services
