Job Description

- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in an appropriate conversation
- Use value-added suggestive selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities and return customers whenever appropriate
- Operates an Exchange Vehicle. Maintains Cleanliness and provides basic vehicle maintenance (Check oil, tires, gas, etc.)
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Able to take initiative
- Able to share brand knowledge
- At least 6 months of satisfactory driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fast food experience preferred
Job Description
As a Delivery Assistant, you’ll be an important part of making sure our customer get their freshly made orders in a timely manner. It’s more than just a job, it’s a way to engage with the community and make the customer’s day a bit brighter. You’ll learn to be an expert multitasker and test your memory skills by helping prepare foods, running deliveries, and remembering addresses. Independence is a huge part of the job, so enjoy the ride, and maybe play some tunes along the way!

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Six months or more of satisfactory driving experience and a valid motor vehicle operator's license as required by local state laws and military regulations.

Major Duties
Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greets each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provides resolution. Keeps their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized experience.
Operates a cash register or other sales related equipment to enter conduct sales, refunds, or similar transactions. Verifies and accepts multiple tenders for payment and makes change with accuracy and zero variance tolerance.
Operates an Exchange vehicle. Maintains cleanliness and provides basic vehicle maintenance (check oil, tires, gas, etc.) Within accordance of policies and procedures.
Assures compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.
Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star credit card, Exchange protection plan, and other corporate programs to customers to drive sales growth and increased customer brand loyalty.
Assists in establishing stock assortment, sets service and sales goals. May assist with food preparation and assembly. Delivers to customers timely and accurately within accordance of policies and procedures.
Maintains accountability for change fund, merchandise, and inventory, verifies and accepts multiple tenders for payment, and makes change with accuracy and zero variance tolerance.
Performs housekeeping/custodial duties as needed.
