      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform testing on technical solutions to identify, isolate, and resolve issues
      - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios
      - Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
      - Create and maintain QA documentation, metrics, and reports
      - Communicate testing status, open issues, risks, and gaps to development teams and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
      - At least 5 years of experience building test cases and scenarios into formal test systems
      - Minimum of 3 years of deep knowledge of healthcare operations and business processes (Medicaid preferred)
      - At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience with formal test design tools
      - Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, healthcare, or related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience working with large enterprise or e-business systems
      - 3+ years proficiency with manual and/or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
      - Experience working in Agile delivery environments
      - ICD-10 and Medicaid experience strongly desirable
