  Quality Assurance Specialist
  Hybrid (Onsite every 3rd day)
  Must Reside in Ohio
  
  Description:
  Diversified Systems is searching for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to help IT design, pilot, and implement the software quality assurance review process. Will help development teams test software quality for production deployment.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage in the end-to-end software testing cycle as it pertains to the project.
  • Work closely with and follow direction from the QA Manager.
  • Contribute to the establishment of and achievement of quality goals and objectives for the project.
  • Contribute to all aspects of quality assurance for the project, including establishing relevant metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • With input from the QA Manager and team, develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for both manual and automated testing.
  • Work with the project team to test updates, patches, and repairs to application software components in development, test, and QA environments and develop software changes for promotion to production in accordance with ITO best practices and standards.
  • Take corrective action, subject to management approval, to resolve testing issues and problems to ensure applications perform as required.
  • Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
  
  Requirements:
  • 7 years experience in testing IT products and applications. Required.
  • 5 years automation experience using Microsoft Visual Studio C# and Selenium, developing and maintaining automated tests using the Page Object Model. Required.
  • 5 years experience writing and maintaining Selenium tests using the Page Object Model. Required.
  • 5 years experience with Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager. Required.
  • 5 years development and scripting skills in C#. Required.
  • 5 years end-to-end test automation experience. Required.
  • 5 years experience converting existing manual test cases to automation scripts. Required.
  • 5 years experience conducting test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality. Required.
  • 5 years experience with Azure Application Insights to log and track application issues. Required.
  • 5 years experience working on Agile/Scrum IT projects. Required.
  • 1 year CRUD testing experience. Required.
  • Experience developing automated tests in the cloud using Docker containers. Highly desired.
  • Experience using PowerShell to automate tasks. Highly desired.
  • Experience with SpecFlow. Highly desired.
  • Experience working in Splunk to generate reports and analysis using data sets. Highly desired.
  
  Other Requirements:
  • Strong communication/ leadership skills.
  • Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
  • Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements.
  • Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
  • Must meet productivity standards, complete work in timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
