What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage directly with Federal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Perform functional and regression testing, validating system changes against documented requirements
- Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans; track and report defects through the full lifecycle
- Utilize AI document generation tools to create requirement documentation, user guides, and QA test artifacts
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from end users and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 4-6 years of experience as a Developer or QA Specialist in Federal IT projects
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Proficiency in test case development, manual QA testing, and defect tracking
- US Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Federal IT modernization, digital transformation, or ServiceNow/ERP/CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments
- Previous Federal consulting experience
