Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Identify and report non-conforming materials, components, or processes.
Document all inspection results and quality concerns accurately.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and update inspection standards, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
Support new product launches and process improvements (APQP, PPAP activities).
Conduct internal audits and provide countermeasure reports as needed.
Train and support production employees on quality expectations and procedures.
Participate in root cause analysis and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Manage and maintain ISO documentation and compliance.
Review supplier and customer portals for updates and quality notifications.
Ensure measuring and testing equipment (IMTE) remains precise and calibrated.
Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
6 months to 1 year of quality or manufacturing experience required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and quality documents.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Basic math and analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data.
Work performed in both office and production environments.
Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise.
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for extended periods.
