- Program, set up, and operate Zeiss CMMs using Calypso.
- Perform manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges (metric).
- Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Interpret GD&T and metric blueprints.
- Edit CMM programs to accommodate part variations.
- Experience in metrology.
- Proficient in programming with Calypso.
- Experience working in a Quality Lab.
- Familiarity with microview and microview vision systems.
- Measuring experience in Microview Vision Systems.

Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Quality Technician is responsible for operating and programming Zeiss CMMs with Calypso, ensuring that parts meet customer specifications. This role supports both the Program Management team and the Quality Team in the Quality Lab, focusing on pre-production parts. The technician may also assist with APQP and PPAPs, contributing to ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
ResponsibilitiesThe position is based in the Quality Lab, where the technician will support Program Managers. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, with potential career progression to a Metrology Manager position.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vicksburg, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
