Job Responsibilities:
· To develop, test and produce analytical and operational reports and metrics using SQL, Alteryx or equivalent reporting tools to assist the business in meeting operational objectives.
· Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures and identify risks and controls within the operation.
· Adheres to technology architecture standards, technology risk management and security policies, and data management policies.
· Ability to independently review reports and develop analytical recommendations.
· Maintain and launch reports on a recurring basis, examining logic for alignment between multiple, dynamic data sources and business report requirements.
· Reviews the reports developed by peers and recommend best team processes or practices.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
· At least 2 years development experience on RDMS such as SQL and Oracle
· At least 2 years development experience on reporting tools such as SSRS, SSIS, Tableau
· At least 1 year experience on Alteryx business intelligence platform
· Experience using SharePoint and JIRA (preferred)
· Experience on programming tools such as Python, R and PowerShell (preferred)
· Knowledge in Home Lending LOB/functions (preferred)
· Experience with compliance operations testing/production or process automation
· Experience in reviewing technical specifications, process improvement and process mapping
· Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and influence/execute change
· Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues, and senior management
Others:
· Good communication skills (written and verbal in a clear/concise manner)
· Good time management, attention to details and prioritization skills
· A good team player.
· Ability to communicate effectively with all audience types (clients, operations, management, etc.)
· Ability to recognize/foresee downstream impact(s) before presenting recommendations
· Ability to design flexible solutions that can be seamlessly leveraged/reused for additional clients
