      Job Summary:
      We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Embedded Quantitative User Experience Researcher (UXR) to support our fast-evolving GenAI research program. The ideal candidate will contribute by designing and refining surveys, analyzing large-scale feedback, and delivering insightful reports to stakeholders, enhancing our understanding of AI experiences in English-speaking markets. This position is perfect for individuals accustomed to high-volume data environments and demands skills in rapid insight generation within a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Design, refine, and localize survey questions within a global research framework.
      • Analyze incoming survey data continuously to identify quality and performance patterns in AI experiences.
      • Deliver rapid and clear reports to stakeholders, answering key questions and assisting in decision-making processes.
      • Build insight streams that emphasize speed and accuracy, improving AI product development and user experience.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt research methods, automating reporting to scale insights efficiently.
      Must-Have Skills:
      • Strong experience in survey design and data analysis.
      • Exceptional ability to deliver rapid, actionable insights.
      • Comfort with high ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
      Industry Experience:
      Prior work in AI product environments is highly valued, with a preference for candidates who have engaged in community or international research, and are familiar with technical tools (SQL, Python, R) for data analysis.
