Overview We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) in ABA who wants to make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. As an energetic and enthusiastic individual, you will join our collaborative team of experts to implement child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, track client progress, and analyze data. At our clinic, we provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT. This position includes paid training, allowing you to develop the necessary skills to work directly with autistic children. Essential Job Requirements: Progress through the RBT Ladder. Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately. Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care. Comfortability with toileting and potty training. Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions. Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequence. What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED equivalent RBT Cert A passionate individual who loves working with children 10 and under Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Time management, observation, and analytical skills Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Reliable transportation is required Become a Behavior Therapist at Behavioral Innovations.
