What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales performance by driving move-ins and achieving census goals for multiple communities
- Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Operations Leaders to coach on-site Senior Lifestyle Counselors
- Conduct site visits to assess and provide coaching on sales operations
- Analyze sales activity and conversion data to deliver actionable insights
- Oversee CRM utilization and manage sales tools and programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dynamic sales environment, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site sales leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of coaching high-performing sales professionals
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting dashboards
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in senior living or healthcare sales
- Background in designing or implementing regional sales strategies across multiple locations
- Familiarity with value-based pricing models and local competitive landscapes
