What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices
- Provide consultative HR service delivery in areas such as payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance management
- Serve as the HR point of contact for team members, assisting with HR inquiries and navigation
- Analyze reports to aid decision-making and provide proactive solutions to leadership
- Collaborate with other HRBPs and Learning & Development colleagues on wellness and culture programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or related role
- Knowledge of HR programs and applicable state and federal employment laws
- Strong communication skills, including facilitation and writing
- Experience in building company culture and increasing employee engagement
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM or HRCI Designation or Advanced Degree in a Human Resources related discipline
- Familiarity with UKG Pro software and HCM systems
- Effective coaching skills and strong business acumen
- Highly organized and process-driven with a strong integrity
- Experience in a highly confidential environment
