      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices
      - Provide consultative HR service delivery in areas such as payroll, benefits, and employee relations
      - Serve as the HR point of contact for team members, facilitating their navigation of HR processes
      - Analyze and interpret reports related to payroll, benefits, and employee engagement to support decision-making
      - Collaborate with other HR professionals on programs related to wellness, training, and career development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or related role
      - Knowledge of HR programs and applicable state and federal employment laws
      - Strong communication skills, including facilitation and effective listening
      - Relevant experience in building company culture and improving employee engagement
      - Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM or HRCI Designation or Advanced Degree in a Human Resources related discipline
      - Familiarity with UKG Pro software and HCM systems
      - Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Affinity for technology and a highly organized, process-driven approach
      - Experience in a start-up environment or in stealth growth mode
