      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support business growth
      - Provide HR consultation in areas including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
      - Serve as the primary HR point of contact for team members, assisting with inquiries and navigation of HR processes
      - Analyze and interpret reports related to payroll, benefits, and employee engagement to inform decision-making
      - Collaborate with other HR professionals to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or related role
      - Knowledge of HR programs and applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
      - Strong coaching skills, business acumen, and ability to influence at all organizational levels
      - Exceptional communication skills, including facilitation, listening, and writing
      - Experience with HCM systems; familiarity with UKG Pro software preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM or HRCI Designation or an advanced degree in a Human Resources-related discipline
      - Demonstrated experience in building company culture and improving employee engagement
      - Highly organized with a process-driven approach
      - Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Comfortable balancing tactical and strategic responsibilities
