      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Inside Sales Supervisor
      - Provide updates on sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting
      - Mentor and coach the team to enhance performance and ensure compliance with sales methodology
      - Organize and lead regional meetings to communicate corporate matters
      - Recruit and hire talented individuals, manage performance, and motivate the team
      - Engage with customers to solidify loyalty and ensure high revenue retention rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's degree required
      - 3+ years of proven leadership skills in management and/or business development
      - Preferred experience in wholesale or distribution, with knowledge of promotional products, screen-printing, embroidery, and corporate/educational uniform programs
      - Thorough knowledge of the company's value proposition, product offering, competitive landscape, and sales cycle
      - Strong planning, time management, decision-making, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
      - Willingness to travel as required
