The ideal candidate for our entry-level insurance agent position has the solid communication skills it takes to drive insurance sales among potential clients and new clients. We're seeking an organized and highly motivated insurance account manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secure systems.
Responsibilities
• Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
Qualifications
• Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Good organization and time management skills
• High school diploma or GED, and bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredAbout the company
