      Listing Media Services is a real estate photography startup within Zillow’s ShowingTime+ brand. Our mission is to fulfill the media marketing needs of real estate agents across the United States. We are on a path to 2-4x the business this year. Our photographers are the core of our business.       About the role

      As a Regional Manager, your main focus is on driving consistent quality, professionalism, and customer service in your region. You're also tasked with monitoring and improving employee efficiency to ensure seamless operations. You'll guide and coach Market Leads and photographers, set performance objectives, uphold service quality, and ensure adherence to company standards. Balancing these key aspects, you'll help achieve business goals and exceed client satisfaction standards.

      Responsibilities:

      Support Market Leads and Photographers directly, fostering a culture of quality and professionalism.

      Monitor and manage photographer availability and efficiency to ensure excellent service delivery.

      Champion exceptional customer service, resolving escalated client issues professionally and promptly.

      Regularly review and uphold the quality of photographer outputs, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

      Conduct regular performance appraisals, implementing a coaching approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

      Take ownership of regional operational metrics, prioritizing service quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

      Uphold and enforce company standards and procedures, promoting a culture of professionalism.

      Drive a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and implementing operational enhancements.

      Oversee daily operations within your region, optimizing cost efficiency without compromising quality.

      Keep Market Leads and photographers informed about company updates and announcements.

      This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

      In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $80,900.00 - $129,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

      In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or equivalent experience/education.

      • 2+ years in operations management, small business management, or a similar role.

      • Experience capturing real estate photography or in the real estate photography industry.

      • Proven experience leading and developing teams.

      • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

      • Experience running a successful real estate photography business is a plus.
