Coordinate the Benelux regional planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
Localize the corporate global targeted lead gen campaigns and programs dedicated to channels and customer/ consumer successes and the business KPI's.
Plan, coordinate and execute local demand generation programs, with the support of the respective corporate functional teams (full marketing mix):
strategy of regional events (in person and online) (tabletops, tradeshows, associations conferences, roadshows, webinars) including objectives, messaging, logistics and external providers.
Emailing campaigns (local or adapted content).
Provide input for PR and paid advertising, building a regional understanding of the important media landscape (magazines/websites/blogs, etc.).
Provide input for local content (announcements, marketing material, collaterals, etc).
Paid digital and social media.
Manage and support the regional channel marketing activities in Benelux.
Digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Support with local events.
Share of marketing material, etc.
Plan, develop and implement ABM marketing activities for Strategic Accounts across Europe by working closely with the Enterprise and Strategic Accounts Team:
understand the needs of the various entities in the different countries in Europe,
build joint marketing plans that reflect European sales goals,
provide constant sales support and dedicated material, including digital activities,
recommend marketing mix to drive effective lead generation and nurture relationships.
Monitor constantly the region and the market for news, trends, specificities, regulations; adapt the strategy accordingly and share input with the organization.
Provide ongoing reporting on local marketing activities, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.
5+ years of work experience in B2B marketing IT, security or technical sectors is a must.
Proven experience working with partners, distributors, enterprise or large accounts, ABM Marketing is a plus.
Fluency in English and Dutch is a must and any other languages are a huge plus for this role.
Proven experience in an international environment on global/regional brand.
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing, business, sales or relevant experience and training.
Preferred day to day use and knowledge of Google Suite, Asana, Zoho, On24 or equivalents, proficient in Hubspot and other CRM platform, Adobe Suite, analytic tools.
Proven digital marketing skills (social media, SEO basis, analytics) and lead generation and nurturing campaigns management.
Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas.
Must have a "get it done" attitude and execute effectively, attention to detail.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, set priorities, work proactively and independently, problem solve, improvise and function as part of a team that must perform well under pressure.
Commitment to collaborate and develop positive business relationships with all cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
Diplomacy, integrity, and patience that enables you to work effectively at all levels within a large organization.

Open to travel as needed to support and execute on events.

Eagle Eye Networks is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and team player marketing enthusiast to join the regional marketing team.
Your role
As a key member of the Regional Marketing team, your primary responsibility for this role is driving pipeline and enabling sales to achieve new business growth targets regionally. You will work across the organization to develop an effective go-to-market strategy and execute integrated campaigns using demand generation and automation tools to increase the pipeline. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing team, the Regional Sales Manager in Benelux and with various cross-functional teams within the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing.
