What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth and achieve sales plans for rapid point of care diagnostic products within the assigned region
- Identify and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners and key decision influencers
- Utilize CRM to record account activities and forecast new business opportunities
- Represent the employer at trade shows and conventions as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the laboratory and/or diagnostics market
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage a travel schedule of up to 65% for regional coverage
