What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of sales to end customers and assigned accounts for employer products
- Identify and develop prospective customers and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with independent sales organizations to promote sales in the field
- Create and implement long and short-term sales objectives
- Serve as a liaison between end customers and distributors to understand their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of five years of sales experience directly meeting and presenting to end users
- Ability to travel 30% - 45% of the time
- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with a CRM is essential
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in MRO, Facilities Maintenance, or Jan San channel is helpful
- Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
- Proven skills in sales prospecting and presentations
- Experience in reporting sales versus forecasts
