      Prospective candidates for this role will have the opportunity to be part of a leading employer in the commercial aftermarket business.       Responsibilities:

      - Execute the sector sales and long-term growth strategy
      - Develop, maintain, and grow the employer's position in the commercial aircraft business segment
      - Promote and strengthen intimacy with employer's customers
      - Develop strategic plans with the Sales and Business Development Director and lead implementation of tactical decisions
      - Own and maintain inputs to the sales forecast with a focus on timely reporting

      Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a bachelor's degree with a strong technical aptitude and significant experience with the employer's products
      - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in an MRO field
      - Demonstrated excellence with oral and written communication, with proven skills up to executive levels in prior roles
      - Experience with developing and selling flight hour contracts would be an advantage
      - Proven capabilities in direct sales, contract negotiations, relationship building, and account management
      - Proven capabilities in developing accurate forecasts, achieving sales goals, and effective distributor & representative management
      - Demonstrated technical/engineering knowledge
