What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop deep familiarity with the employer's platform and its unique advantages in solving public safety and societal problems
- Travel to client sites to educate agencies about the product and provide demonstrations
- Manage forecasting and pipeline management to ensure transparency and accuracy in business operations
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to effectively manage the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership to create tailored solutions for customers' needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to negotiate and close legal agreements with customers
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an early-stage tech startup
- Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into net new logo accounts with complex procurement requirements
- Existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of many
- History of overachievement in sales quotas with strong customer references
