- Engage with both existing and potential clients through in-person visits and virtual interactions, securing orders and solidifying our position as the preferred provider of Yeast Extracts
- Effectively display and demonstrate our products, while expertly managing pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Seamlessly handle all business transactions, keeping our systems and literature up to date, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key purchasing contacts
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and payment discrepancies with the utmost professionalism
- Represent our company at trade shows and regional meetings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase our unique value proposition
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 or more years of experience in the food ingredient & flavoring space
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required (Spanish or French)
