What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow portfolio depletion volume and distribution within top accounts in the Illinois Region
- Formulate data-driven market plans by channel and account, allocating resources effectively
- Collaborate with distributor salespeople to execute sales programs efficiently
- Lead educational initiatives for distributor sales personnel on brand standards
- Monitor competitor activities and communicate strategies to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of seven years of professional outside sales experience
- Experience managing chain accounts and leading distributor sales initiatives
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills, with the ability to influence others
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Wine or alcohol beverage industry experience
- Knowledge of wine terms and growing techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Essbase and Pricer
