What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Help customers understand the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Articulate the employer's value proposition to various stakeholders, from engineers to CxOs
- Forecast sales predictably and consistently meet sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, focusing on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience working with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos each year and managing a complex sales process
- Experience selling through a channel-led approach
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology

- Experience creating demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions
