- High-Value Deal Management: Lead complex, project-based sales cycles ($800K-$10M+) from initial technical discovery to final contract execution.
- Ecosystem Synergy: Collaborate with Middleby sister companies and our Mexico City-based team to maximize cross-selling opportunities and lead generation.
- Technical Consultation: Partner with our Aalborg-based engineering team to ensure custom-designed freezing solutions meet the rigorous demands of North American processors.

- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience (5+years) in industrial capital equipment sales (freezers/chillers preferred).
- High-Stakes Navigation: Comfortable managing long-lead sales cycles (6-8 months) and multi-million dollar negotiations.
- Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of factory operations, protein/bakery processing, and CAPEX decision-making.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to client sites and international industry events.

With 600+ installations in 62 countries, we are now looking for a Sales Leader to architect and execute our growth strategy across North America.
The Mission As the Sales Manager for North America, you aren't just selling equipment-you are establishing Scanico's footprint. You will act as the primary bridge between our Danish engineering excellence and the North American market, driving a $6M-$9M annual revenue target within a high-performance Middleby ecosystem.
