What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
- Recruit, onboard, and coach independent sales representatives
- Expand market share by building relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Prepare technical proposals and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting to ensure alignment across departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of HVAC or related industry sales experience
- Proven success in selling commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

- Experience managing an independent representative network in the HVAC industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic sales initiatives
