What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert prospects to clients by showcasing the employer's unique offerings
- Engage with high-net-worth prospects to assess their financial situations and propose tailored solutions
- Educate prospective clients on the range of wealth management solutions available
- Participate in ongoing training on advanced phone sales techniques, finance, and portfolio management
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospects within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred
- Proven track record of success in driving results
- Experience with high-volume phone activity and in-person client meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established multi-year record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with advanced financial products and investment strategies
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals
