- Responsible for outreach to patients for preventative testing.
- This role is responsible for transition of care medicine - involves heavy phone conversation and limited face-to-face patient interaction.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- BSN preferred
- 3 years’ experience in the outpatient environment strongly preferred
- Family Medicine experience required
- Valid RN New Jersey License
- BLS required
Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Registered Nurse for the Family Medicine Department at Morristown Medical Center to work 9AM - 5PM.
Entry level offers start at $43.00 / hour and increase based upon experience.
