What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming support calls from internal and external customers, providing assistance with technical issues
- Utilize Service Desk tools to enter data into the tracking system and manage support tickets
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues effectively
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical support teams
- Manage call volume efficiently, handling 16-30 calls per day initially, increasing to around 90 calls post-training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma (HSD) required
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 - 3 years of call center support experience with excellent customer service skills
- 1 - 3 years of general IT support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule
