What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues in a Service Desk/Call Center environment
- Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking
- Answer incoming support calls from internal and external customers
- Utilize Service Desk tools to enter data into the tracking system and manage solutions
- Interact with Technical Support teams across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of call center support experience with excellent customer service skills
- 1-3 years of general IT support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
