- Partner with leadership to shape and expand the vision of the Data Literacy Program
- Own the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle of a core program pillar, including impact measurement and executive reporting
- Identify new opportunities for program growth and innovation in data education
- Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the program through industry engagement and thought leadership
- Lead and mentor instructional designers, data coaches, and training professionals
- Evaluate and enhance existing educational resources to ensure scalability and effectiveness
- Develop sustainable learning assets that support a wide range of learner personas
- Support program promotion through events, presentations, and content development
- Conduct user research to understand learner needs and challenges
- Design and develop curriculum, courses, and learning modules aligned to data literacy goals
- Partner with data subject matter experts to create and validate training content
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions across all levels of the organization
- Continuously refine learning experiences based on feedback, pilot programs, and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a data-related, computational, or scientific field (Master's preferred)
- Required Certification: Cogito Fundamental Certification
- 4+ years of experience in instructional design, training, curriculum development, or related areas
- 5+ years of experience in data and analytics (e.g., data science, analytics, data management, or similar)
- Experience with instructional and visual design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia)
- Strong ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work across diverse teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Passion for data, analytics, and education-especially for learners new to data
- A strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail
- An innovative mindset with a drive to continuously improve learning experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
Our award-winning healthcare client is seeking a Data Instructional Specialist to join their highly innovative Data Literacy Program within the Data & Analytics team. As healthcare continues to evolve through digitization, this program plays a critical role in empowering employees across the organization to confidently understand and use data to improve processes and patient outcomes. This individual will lead the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of key components within the Data Literacy Program. The ideal candidate brings a blend of instructional design expertise, data acumen, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences.
