      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide 24/7 remote technical support to non-retail store associates
      - Identify and investigate issues with computer software, including Windows, Office products, and VM Ware
      - Troubleshoot problems with computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and Macs
      - Follow all steps in ServiceNow to resolve issues and escalate as necessary
      - Track personal metrics such as talk time, calls resolved, adherence, and quality within ServiceNow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of remote help desk experience
      - Experience with ServiceNow
      - Excellent customer service skills
      - Prior experience in a call center environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications or training in IT support or related fields
