      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a business consultant and partner to Independent Agents (IA), providing tactical and strategic support
      - Assist in the development and implementation of agency business goals, focusing on retention and growth
      - Conduct site visits, cash flow analysis, and needs assessments to track agency progress and identify improvement opportunities
      - Monitor agency business activities and prepare reports summarizing data for management
      - Collaborate with training teams to ensure agents are knowledgeable about operations, systems, and marketing processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Possession of a valid State Driver's License
      - Minimum of two years of experience in insurance sales leadership or agent development
      - Ability to attain and maintain appropriate State Property & Casualty licenses
      - Strong organizational, planning, time management, and administrative skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field
      - Knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations
      - Experience motivating growth or rehabilitation of existing agencies
      - Familiarity with The Auto Club Group/AAA products and services
      - Proven ability to influence and motivate non-employee agents
