What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer questions from prospective customers regarding pest management services
- Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow to close sales
- Make 200+ phone calls per day to generate leads and secure appointments
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- At least 2 years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- High level of computer proficiency to navigate multiple systems during customer interactions
- Must have a suitable home office space free of distractions, with a minimum internet speed of 100 mbps download and 50 mbps upload
