What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming phone calls and mail from patients and third parties to assist in resolving accounts receivable
- Utilize Meditech financial modules and applicable systems effectively
- Review reports of outstanding accounts to determine necessary actions for obtaining payments
- Actively pursue collection of outstanding balances from patient accounts and/or third-party bills
- Maintain accurate account information and document all activities related to collection efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years' experience with third-party reimbursement requirements
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English with good verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related financial role
- Knowledge of billing processes and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar financial software systems
