      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
      - Troubleshoot patient issues and concerns using critical thinking skills
      - Document and record all phone calls and patient interactions for communication purposes
      - Organize and maintain file systems and correspondence records
      - Assist medical personnel with patient inquiries and maintain accountability for workstation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED; one to three months of related experience or training preferred
      - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
      - Proficient in basic mathematical skills for handling monetary transactions
      - Strong reasoning ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems
      - Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role
      - Strong communication skills for one-on-one and group interactions
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care processes
