What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and balance field technicians' daily schedules to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Ensure customer appointment times are met and communicate any changes or delays promptly
- Reprioritize jobs as needed to fulfill customer commitments and manage scheduling exceptions
- Provide daily communication between technicians, customers, management, and support centers
- Dispatch technicians to emergency customer requests after hours and facilitate timely responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic data entry and typing skills
- Proficient in computer and MS Windows applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a scheduling or dispatching role
- Familiarity with security services or alarm system operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary
