What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve activity metric goals such as cold calls, account touches, and pipeline numbers
- Research accounts to identify decision-makers using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract signature
- Present and demo solutions to prospects and customers
- Maintain and grow your book of business while achieving quarterly quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and time-management skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with a longer sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience using a CRM system
