What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform installations, upgrades, configurations, and data migrations for implementation projects
- Maintain AWS environments for optimal performance and customer experience
- Respond to alerts and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform after-hours system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure high-level security across all services and accounts
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers
- Create technical documentation for internal and external audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- 1 year of past experience in a relevant technical troubleshooting and problem-solving position
- Strong Windows Server administration experience, including IIS and Active Directory management
- Proficiency in SQL with Oracle and/or SQL Server
- Experience with cloud environments and configuration automation, particularly with AWS

- Experience working with PowerShell, Ansible, and Python
- Basic database administration knowledge and experience
