What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations and oversee staff in assigned areas
- Collaborate with department managers to effectively manage staff and departmental priorities
- Implement departmental plans and contribute to performance management processes
- Ensure service level targets are met for case resolution and call handling
- Act as a resource for team members on complex or escalated cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressively responsible work experience in Human Resources or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of benefits, payroll, and HR laws and regulations
- At least 2 years of experience leading high-performing teams in both remote and onsite environments
- Prior experience in customer service, coaching, or HR case management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR Certification from an accredited body
- Proficiency in HR case management and contact center technologies
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for HR service enhancement
- Data-driven leadership experience with a focus on performance improvement
- Advanced coaching and performance management training
